Stone Montain: Full Housing Restoration
Redca Services, a trusted general contractor specializing in remodeling, renovations, and home improvements, proudly completed a comprehensive residential renovation in Stone Mountain, Georgia. This project was meticulously designed and executed to restore the home’s structural integrity, enhance comfort, and ensure lasting durability, delivering a safe and modern living environment for the homeowners.


Holiday Cove: Electrical Troubleshooting & Low Voltage Repair
Our team was called to investigate a low voltage issue affecting a refrigerator and HVAC system at Holiday Cove. Through a systematic diagnostic process, we identified oxidation and plastic obstructions at the main service meter terminals as the root cause. We cleaned and restored the connections, re-seated the meter assembly, and returned all circuits to normal voltage levels. Refrigerator and HVAC resumed full operation in both cooling and heating modes.




Linkwood Apartments: Electrical Circuit Repair & Conversion
Our REDCA technicians performed a dual-circuit repair in Unit 9H: first converting a 220V circuit to 110V for the AC unit (including GFCI outlet installation and line failure resolution), and then diagnosing and repairing the washing machine circuit, which had a short circuit and open neutral condition. Approximately 2 feet of damaged wiring were replaced and a GFCI outlet was installed. All materials were supplied by REDCA SERVICES LLC .


Pinewood Building S:
Sidewalk Concrete Repair & Leveling
REDCA's crew tackled a concrete sidewalk with dangerous uneven surfaces caused by tree root growth. The team secured the area with caution tape, cut and removed three 4×3 sections of damaged concrete, excavated and cut the roots, leveled the ground, laid gravel base, and poured fresh concrete with a professional finish. Wheat straw was spread to protect the area during curing. The site was left fully clean and safe.


Pinewood Building B:
Handicap Parking Sign Installation
A severely bent handicap parking sign pole was removed and replaced. Our team installed a new pole at 18-inch depth with cross-braced wood supports for maximum rigidity, poured and leveled fresh concrete, installed the sign at the correct ADA-required height, and painted the pole. All work was completed in full compliance with the 2010 ADA Standards.
Linkwood Apartments: Door Frame replacement
We removed the existing rear door and frame and installed a brand-new door with frame, ensuring it was level and properly secured. A new interior latch was installed, caulked, and painted for a clean finish. Both locks were installed and tested. All materials were supplied by REDCA SERVICES LLC.


Timber Point :
Tile Replacement in Shower Area
Our tile specialists completed a full shower wall tile replacement in Unit H4. We performed thorough surface preparation, installed new wall tiles matched to the existing layout, applied professional grouting and sealing, and left the work area completely clean.

This initiative involved the full cementation and rehabilitation of a local roadway that had experienced significant wear due to high traffic volume and insufficient drainage.


Macon, Georgia: HVAC installation
Redca Services completed an HVAC upgrade in Macon, Georgia, installing 21 high-efficiency air units with updated wall-mounted air handlers, insulated ducts and pipes, and an improved condenser control. This upgrade ensures better energy efficiency, consistent climate control, and enhanced indoor air quality, providing homes and businesses with reliable comfort and lower utility costs while extending the lifespan of the HVAC system.


Alabama Montgomery: Full Housing Restoration
At Redca Services, we continue expanding throughout the Southeastern United States with new projects that reflect our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. On this occasion, we were selected to carry out the complete renovation of a family home located in the historic Cloverdale neighborhood in Montgomery, Alabama.
The goal of this renovation was to combine the classic style of a Southern home with the comfort and efficiency of modern technology, ensuring durability, functionality, and a significant increase in property value.


Hendersonville, North Carolina: Tree Cutting and Trimming Services
Redca Services recently completed a specialized environmental maintenance project in Hendersonville, North Carolina, focused on the cutting, trimming, and clearing of overgrown trees in a semi-rural residential zone. This project was commissioned to improve public safety, preserve utility infrastructure, and enhance the natural beauty of the area. The project included precision cutting of large limbs, full removal of dead or unstable trees, stump grinding, and proper disposal of organic waste. All work was conducted using certified equipment and in full compliance with state and local environmental regulations.
